Shipping Information

Island Tropicals will always ship your flowers and gifts using "UPS" or "FedEx" to ensure delivery the fastest way possible. We will always do our best to make sure your flowers and gifts arrive as close to your requested date of arrival as possible. All orders are subject to a minimum shipping charge.

  • Once an order is received, the earliest it can be shipped is the next day. ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVE THEM. If you request your order to be sent as soon as possible, ASAP, we will schedule your shipment for the best date to assure it arrives in "Perfect Condition". Your order will always be scheduled to arrive as close to your "Preferred Date of Arrival" as possible.

  • Shipping from Hilo, Hawaii: Flowers and gifts are shipped direct to you from the "Big Island of Hawaii". Allow 2 to 3 Business Days from the "DATE SHIPPED" for arrival. Example: Flowers shipped Monday would arrive on the East Coast no later than Thursday. We will always ship the most expedient way using "UPS" or " FedEx" in order to have your flowers and gifts delivered on time. Island Tropicals reserves the right to choose the carrier. We strongly recommend someone be present during normal delivery times to accept the package otherwise it will be left at the door.

 

Upgraded service is an extra cost option.  Standard Overnight Service is one day quicker than 2nd Day Service and delivered in the afternoon.  Priority Service is delivered in the morning and includes Saturday delivery.  FedEx requires one additional day for all zip codes designated as "rural deliveries".  Call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to check on your zipcode.

Alaska/Canada Shipping

Alaska: We do not offer service to Alaska due to weather conditions and very high freight surcharges

Canada:We have suspended service to Canada at present and hope to reintroduce service in the near future.

Penalties

You will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 for all incorrect or incomplete addresses. "It's what they charge us!" PLEASE make sure you give us the correct information. Please arrange for someone to be home to accept deliveries otherwise the flowers or gifts will be left at the front door. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's, FPO's Hotels, Hospitals or ships. General Information

Flower production changes with the season and it will sometimes be necessary to make substitutions. Should this occur, you will always receive flowers of equal or greater value. Because of this, flowers are not always exactly as pictured. Tropical foliage is always included in your order.

We ask our customers to order early, especially at holidays.  "The earlier we receive your order, the better we can serve you."  Remember, each order is picked, packed, and shipped just for you.
